CEO
Adewale Aderemi Ajayi, BSc, MSc London, FIAP, ITIL, VCP (CEO) the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Technical Director of Adott, has over 20 years experience in the industry working for a variety of large IT companies. Before starting Adott, Ade was one of the main driving forces behind the success of a major and the largest emergency service in UK, implemented various IT hosts systems. Ade has grown Adott to be a significant force in the UK and Nigeria since its incorporation in 1997.

Managing Director
Kevin Browning,BSc London Managing Director. Kevin is the managing Director of Adott has over 15 years experience in the industry working for a variety of large IT companies. Kevin was responsible for doubling the size of the business. Prior to joining Adott in 1997, Kevin was employed as an IT Manager by a Nationwide Freight Forwarding Agent before enjoying a sales career with a London based IT services provider.

Operations Director
Willis Olawale Ogunsan,BSc London Operations Director. Willis Ogunsan has been with the Company for over 10 years and has accumulated over 15 years experience in the IT industry. Since joining Adott he has gained invaluable knowledge having occupied positions in the field, on-site, project engineering and technical support, progressing through to departmental management and culminating in his appointment as Operations Manager. Willis was appointed Operations Director in July 2006.

Sales & Marketing Director
Madeline Mezmin Sales & Marketing Director. Madeline has worked with Adott since June 1998, joining the company after a 12 year career in the City for two global broking houses. Madeline initially worked for the New Sales department at Adott before taking over the management of the CRM department in November 2002. During this period, department revenue has more than doubled and customer renewal rates increased to a 92.4% average. Madeline was appointed Director on July 2004.

Finance Director
Olumide Olaolu Ajayi, BSc London, ACCA, FCCA Finance Director. Olumide has been Finance Director since 1997 and has contributed to its recent success. He previously worked for the largest Pension Group in UK where he was the investment Accountant.
